Opened in 2016, the House is set over four floors of a 143-year-old former gold leaf factory, among the grit and glamour of Manhattan’s art and culture-immersed Lower East Side. It has two floors of club space dedicated to dining and lounging, a screening room, events programming, and a Japanese izakaya-style restaurant, Pen Yen.
