Denise de la Cerda has been tattooing since 1994. Having started in the East Village back in the day when all tattoo shops were underground and illegal. All of them were “Secret Undisclosed,” unless you knew somebody who knew somebody who could show you where they were! This is my background, and after having traveled and had shops in Jersey City (before it was legal there too!) and in São Paulo, Brazil, I’m back in the New York City groove and available to you!
